What you will do
– Handling orders and sending them out.
– Customer service via email and phone.
– Serving as a contact person for specific matters.
– Coordinating and planning various activities and tasks.
– Creating presentation materials.
– Developing and implementing efficient office and administrative routines.
– Performing various administrative tasks
– Handling various errands, including package pickups.
– Sending out quotations and emails.
– Continuously improving and optimizing administrative routines for increased efficiency.
